In preparation for Christmas, the girls had a project to teach them that Christmas was not just receiving, but also giving. The girls covered cans with colored strips of paper, so that they could give family members these nice pencil holders.
On Dec 21, we arrived at Miran and Emily's. Here is their gold and white tree.
On Dec 23, we arrived at Lindsay and Matthew's. Here is their tree, with the presents. The girls were very good and did not try to open any presents (although they wanted to).
While in Savannah, we visited Bonaventure cemetery - one of the prettiest in the country.
Christmas dinner.
On Christmas morning, we found that Santa had left presents for the girls, including slippers, watches, and Mr Potato head.
We had quite a mess of wrappings.
